3. Pre-Construction & Design
This is where we differ from other contractors.
Small Jobs: We can often provide a free quote quickly.
Large Projects ($25k+): For extensive additions or major remodels, we require a Pre-Construction Contract.
Why? Because an accurate quote requires real work. During this phase, we collaborate with architects or designers if needed, pull precise material costs, and create a detailed scope. This ensures the price we give you is the price you pay—no hidden fees later.
4. Permitting & Planning
We handle the headaches. We submit all necessary plans to the city or county (whether it’s Mecklenburg, Union, or Cabarrus) to ensure your addition is fully permitted and compliant.
5. The Build
